Good evening! Your Friday evening heads up is here! First up we have a fun new trial tomorrow, family sized lasagne bakes! These are made fresh by me, ready to pop straight in the oven and dig in! 2 sizes, a small which will feed 1-2 and a large which should feed at least 4! We will also have 3 scotch eggs on, our original, the ever popular Nduja and the new Chinese salt and chilli! The brownies are a new addition to our menu, our indulgent fudgy brownie topped with an oak salted caramel with pecans, cashews, crispy Dubai pastry threads and a healthy splash of whisky, utterly decadent! We will also have all your usual favourites such as family steak pies, pecan pies, strawberry tarts, our new chicken and ham pies are back on, rhubarb crumbles, trifles, all of our award winning pies and so much more!! Back tomorrow and we have a new chicken and ham pie! After I made the sauce everyone went home with a tub 🤣 so I think it’s gonna be a good one! Pictures tomorrow but until then here is a highland cow birthday cake I made! X
